meditate 925 is the corporate well-being offering from Meditation Rocks. 

In these strange times,  workplaces increasingly have employees working remotely, it can be hard to find ways to bring teams together. At the same time we're looking for ways to  look after and help our mental health.

meditate 925 offers both.

meditate 925 provides weekly practical engaging meditation videos suitable for everyone to weave into their working day or to use at home. We add five new 9 minute videos each week to the private members area on M925, which cover such themes as dealing with anxiety, helping us to sleep, inspiring creativity and dealing with change. We offer a FREE week's trial to all workplaces, please email us below with your contact details and we will be in touch. You will receive access to five pre-recorded videos.

As part of your M925 subscription, as well as access to the members page which features a library of pre-recorded and on-demand nine minute meditation videos and audio files,  you will be able to book a monthly LIVE 15 minute meditation for your company team based on the theme of your choice (although we can help with suggestions). This LIVE session can work as a "meeting" or "webinar" on Zoom, Microsoft Team, Google Meets or any other system you prefer to use. Team members can be private or visible and Lucy is happy to go Q&A sessions afterwards.
