School of Meditation Rocks

The School of Meditation Rocks is our package for primary schools where we provide 3 pre-recorded meditations and a live session with your school! We have also introduced Home School of Meditation Rocks to weave meditation and mindfulness into remote learning.

The School of Meditation Rocks is an exclusive subscription service, catered to primary schools. Once you subscribe to the School of Meditation Rocks your school we receive 3 pre-recorded videos, following themes of calmness, concentration and creativity, worksheets to go with each video and the chance to book in an online live session with Lucy. 

Why is meditation beneficial to children?

TES reported Oxford academics are offering advice on implementing mindfulness skills in school to help pupil wellbeing in the pandemic, "there has never been a more receptive time for schools to look at the best, evidenced-based ways to support the wellbeing of pupils and staff. As heads, senior leadership teams (SLTs) and school staff look for ways to support their school communities in these challenging times" The case for introducing everyday mindfulness into the classroom has never been stronger. But as the article suggests, it is important to weave it into the timetable regularly, and build enthusiasm and support for the sessions, both from staff and pupils and that's why The School of Meditation Rocks is different, colourful and engaging meditations and mindfulness activities which everyone will love and want to try again and again.
