Is 2022 the year you start to meditate? Like, properly meditate, create a habit? Trying to do it every day? Would you like me to help you to get started with our free 1 to Zen programme starting next week.
Over the past two years more and more people have turned to meditation to help their health and well-being. The most common things I hear from people who want to start out are; “My mind is too busy”, “I can’t sit still for that long”, “I don’t have the time”. So starting next week, over on the Meditation Rocks YouTube channel, and on social media, I will be taking you from 1 to Zen. From a one minute meditation through to, by the end of the month a ten minute meditation, all completely free of charge over on YouTube. We can all try and find one minute to meditate a day and if you can find more, great. You can hop in and out, work at your own pace. I’ll teach you the basics. We will increase the increments by one minute every other weekday, slowing taking you from one to ten minutes by the end of January. A little bit like when you start to run, or learn anything new.
