At Meditation Rocks we understand the importance of mental wellbeing - especially if you're a students. Meditation is a life skill we hope you will carry with you after university into your future. Our Founder, Lucy Stone, first learnt to practice meditation at University, 20 years ago.

With our student discount, you receive 40% off our monthly  Meditation Rocks membership, bringing the price down to £15 from £25. That's under £4 per week!

- Access to our extensive archive of over FIFTY meditation videos and audio files. Our meditations cover a wide range of themes anxiety relief, help with sleep, relaxation, creativity, encouraging self-love and many other topics to help you get through your studies. 

-  THREE brand new pre-recorded meditation videos and audio files each week 

- the chance to attend FIVE live meditation sessions online via Zoom each week. Morning meditations for 15-20 mins at 8am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and "Beditations" Sleep-focussed meditations for 20 mins at 10pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings (these are also recorded for you to watch back another time when suits you)

- Plus other resources and advice for you to help develop and support your meditation practice

- "Ask Lucy" chat feature to ask our founder, Lucy, any questions which arise during your practice (see below).
