If you have trouble with your sleeping routine and would like to practice solely sleep-based meditations with Lucy, then you're in luck! We offer a sleep-based membership called Sleep Rocks. This gives you access to our 'Beditations' - evening live meditations, weekly pre-recorded sleep meditations and each meditation will be available as an audio file so you can listen to our meditations with ease.
