In just under two weeks it is Mental Health Awareness week and the past 12 months or so has been so tough for so many people.
As the UK begins to unlock, increasing numbers of us are looking for tools to help us navigate the post lockdown world.
To mark Mental Health Awareness week (10-16th May) we have developed a really simple way for you to get involved and dip, or re-dip your toe into mindfulness. We are really excited to launch our new mindfulness offer, the Be Right Back 21 day programme.
At Meditation Rocks our main mission to help people to learn the life skill of mindfulness meditation and to teach meditation with the modern world in mind. The benefits of a regular meditation practice are well documented and can have far-reaching effects beyond stress management; increased focus, greater creativity, better sleep patterns and improved overall outlook on life are all well documented after effects of meditation.
Experts say it takes 21 days to create a new habit so that’s why we’ve created the Be Right Back 21 day programme, where we are encouraging you to say I will “Be Right Back”, turn your back on the world for a bit, and take time to practice a short mindfulness exercise for nine minutes, every day for 21 days.
